CtrlAltTeam License

This license is between Alt F4 LLC ("we," "us") and the person or business that bought the CtrlAltTeam kit ("you"). By installing or using CtrlAltTeam, you agree to it.

1. What you can do

You may:

install and run CtrlAltTeam on accounts your business controls, as many times and with as many roles as you like;
change the code, guides, roles, rules and skills to fit how your business works;
have an employee or contractor install or maintain it for your business.

2. What you can't do

You may not:

sell, resell, give away, sublicense or publish CtrlAltTeam or any modified version of it;
offer CtrlAltTeam, or a service built on it, to other businesses (for example, as a hosted service or as part of setup work you sell to clients);
remove this license or the copyright notice from the files.

If you want to do any of these, ask us. We may offer a separate license.

3. Your accounts and your data

CtrlAltTeam runs on your Cloudflare account and connects to your Claude account. You're responsible for those accounts, their costs and their terms of service. Everything CtrlAltTeam stores stays in your account. We don't have access to it and don't collect it.

Keep your connector addresses private. Anyone who has one can act as that role.

4. No warranty

CTRLALTTEAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DON'T PROMISE IT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ALWAYS AVAILABLE, OR THAT IT WILL KEEP WORKING IF CLOUDFLARE OR ANTHROPIC CHANGE THEIR PRODUCTS. Back up your data. The guides explain how.

5. Limit of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE AREN'T LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS OR BUSINESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO CTRLALTTEAM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IT.

6. Ending this license

This license lasts until it ends. It ends automatically if you break it. If it ends, stop using CtrlAltTeam and delete your copies.

7. Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.

8. Not affiliated with Anthropic

Alt F4 LLC is independent and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic PBC. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic PBC.
